I trained at La Cónsula hospitality school (Málaga), worked in Michelin-starred kitchens and spent six years in Japanese haute cuisine at NOBU. In 2022 I was named second best sushi chef in Spain. Today I bring that cuisine to your table, in Marbella and wherever you need me.
