At weddings, the sushi station becomes one of the most remembered moments of the cocktail hour: the Wedding Experience is premium pieces prepared live, with the same produce I serve at my omakase, coordinated with your main caterer and your wedding planner.
At corporate events — launches, anniversaries, team dinners — the format adapts to the space and the attendees: stations, set menus or trays. For large formats or full catering I work together with Haku Experience, our event catering brand.

Does the sushi station replace the wedding caterer?
No — it complements it. The Wedding Experience works as a special moment within the cocktail hour or reception, coordinated with the main menu.
Do you do corporate events as well as weddings?
Yes: launches, anniversaries, company dinners and private celebrations, with a proposal and invoice for the company if needed.
How many guests does it work for?
There are formats for every size of wedding or event. For very large formats I work with the Haku Experience team, our catering brand.
Where do you work?
Estates, hotels, villas and company venues across Marbella and the whole Costa del Sol.
