I come aboard your boat or yacht in Marbella or Puerto Banús and prepare fresh sushi throughout your day at sea.
Menus designed for life on board: fresh pieces, easy to enjoy and worthy of the setting.
I load the produce cold that same morning and prepare the sushi on board, piece by piece: cutting and nigiri made in the moment, on deck, while you sail.
I work on boats and yachts departing from Marbella and Puerto Banús, coordinating with the crew or the charter company so all you think about is the sea.

Which ports do you work from?
Mainly Marbella and Puerto Banús. For any other port on the Costa del Sol, ask me about availability.
Can it be a charter boat?
Yes. I work on both private and charter boats, coordinating directly with the crew or the rental company.
How is the menu adapted to the boat?
I design pieces that are easy to enjoy on board and adjust the menu to the length of the trip and the working space available.
How many guests?
It depends on the boat and the space on board. Tell me the boat and the plan and I will propose the best format.
