Omakase means “to entrust”: you set the table and I design an exclusive tasting menu around the best seasonal produce.
An intimate experience at your home or villa — the former Villas Experience and the in-home omakase, now one single private chef experience in Marbella.
The experience begins long before the first bite: I select the produce that very morning — Balfegó bluefin tuna, Aquanaria sea bass, seasonal fish — and design the sequence of the menu around who is sitting at the table.
I set up the counter in front of your guests, at your home, apartment or villa in Marbella, Estepona or Benahavís, and every piece goes from my hands to your table at just the right moment. Ideal for holiday stays, celebrations and private dinners: your private villa sushi chef, with the full omakase experience.

Where does the omakase experience take place?
At your home, apartment or villa in Marbella and across the Costa del Sol — Puerto Banús, Estepona, Benahavís… All I need is a table or counter to work at.
What does the villa service include?
Everything needed: produce selected that morning, equipment, set-up and clean-up. It is the complete private villa chef experience — you need nothing special in the kitchen.
Live showcooking or plated service?
Both. Showcooking in front of your guests turns the preparation into part of the evening; plated service is more discreet for formal dinners. We decide based on the occasion.
Can it be adapted to allergies or preferences?
Yes. The menu is designed to measure: tell me about allergies, intolerances or preferences when booking and I will adjust the sequence.
How many people is it for?
