This is not app delivery: these are premium sushi trays made to order, with the same produce I serve at my omakase — or a chef preparing it directly in your kitchen.
If you are looking for sushi at home in Marbella for a gathering, a family meal or a party, there are two ways to do it right: premium trays made to order, prepared the same day with Balfegó bluefin tuna and market fish, or a chef cooking at your home so every piece is served at its perfect moment.
In both cases the produce is the same I work with at my omakase experiences — nothing like chain sushi arriving on a scooter.

Do you make same-day sushi at home?
Trays are made to order in advance — that is how I guarantee the produce. For close dates ask me on WhatsApp and I will confirm if there is a slot.
How is this different from normal delivery?
The produce and the timing: Balfegó bluefin tuna and market fish, assembled the same day — not pieces made hours earlier waiting in a fridge. And for the perfect point, the chef prepares at your home.
